Terms & Conditions

These terms govern participation in the partner referral program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to them. Last updated July 2026.

1. The program, in plain terms

Partners refer providers (retreat and venue businesses) to the platform using a personal tracking link, and earn an ongoing share of what the platform earns on every booking those providers receive, not a one-time signup bonus. The commission rate steps down the longer a referred provider has been on the platform, but it never expires. There is no cost to join, and nothing is paid until the platform has collected real revenue from a completed booking.

2. Eligibility

  • The program is approval-based: audience size, niche fit (wellness, travel, retreat, AI, business, or adjacent), and engagement are reviewed. Acceptance isn't guaranteed.
  • You must be 18 or older, and you can't be actively promoting a direct competitor.
  • One account per partner. Operating multiple accounts results in termination of all of them and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

3. Commissions

  • The default rate is 20% of what the platform earns on the booking. It steps down by how long the referred provider has been active: years 1–3 = 20%, years 4–6 = 12%, year 7+ = 5%. A company admin may set a flat override per partner.
  • A commission is earned only after the referred customer completes their booking, never at time of purchase, and never on a calendar schedule.
  • Crediting happens after a 15-day settlement window from booking completion (to cover refund requests), so an earned commission normally appears about 15 days after the booking ends.
  • Cancelled, disputed, or fraud-flagged bookings do not earn a commission.

4. Attribution

  • A referral-link click is credited to a partner for 90 days via a browser cookie. A provider may also manually claim a partner within 30 days of signing up.
  • One partner per provider, recorded permanently once established.
  • The platform's own tracking records are the sole and final basis for attribution and all click and commission calculations.

5. Quick Referrals (Special Promotions)

A provider may put a single listing into a short, open campaign. While that campaign is live it runs under the rules below, which replace the ordinary attribution rules for bookings on that listing. Everything outside the campaign is unaffected.

  • Every Active partner may promote a live campaign. You do not need to have referred the provider, and no partner has an exclusive claim to it.
  • The last click before the booking earns. If a provider you referred puts a listing into a campaign, and a different partner's campaign link was the last one clicked before a guest booked, that other partner is paid for that booking and you are not. Being the attributed partner for the provider gives you no claim on a campaign booking. This is the point of the feature, and it applies equally to everyone.
  • One booking pays exactly one commission. A campaign booking never also pays the provider's attributed partner, and it is never split between partners.
  • Your rate is set per campaign by the company and shown on the campaign card before you promote it. It is your share of the commission the company collects on that booking, and it applies only to bookings made through your campaign link during the campaign window.
  • A campaign booking is a one-off. It does not create, transfer, or affect any ongoing partner-provider attribution, including your own.
  • Outside the campaign window, the provider's attributed partner continues to earn on that provider's bookings exactly as before, including on the same listing.
  • Clicks recorded before a campaign starts, or after it ends, is paused, or is expired, do not earn. If the company changes a campaign's rate, bookings made after the change use the new rate.
  • You may not earn on your own booking through a campaign link. Where a guest's email matches the promoting partner's account, no commission arises. This is stricter than the ordinary programme, where self-referrals are permitted.
  • Campaign commissions follow the same timing as every other commission: the booking must complete, the 15-day settlement window must pass, and the booking must be verified before the amount becomes withdrawable. A cancelled booking earns nothing.
  • Campaign commissions are subject to the activity requirement in the same way as any other commission: an amount arising while your account is Inactive is forfeited permanently.

6. Content Analytics

Content Analytics is a measurement tool. It changes what you can see, never what you are owed.

  • A content link is a tracking link for one post. Bookings and signups it drives earn under the ordinary programme rules and rates. Creating content links does not create any additional or separate entitlement.
  • A content link may be pointed at one specific listing only where you are the attributed partner for that listing's provider. This is enforced when the link is created.
  • Reach figures such as views, likes, and comments are read from the public data each platform chooses to expose. They may lag, change, be incomplete, or be unavailable, and some platforms publish nothing at all. They are shown for your own guidance and are never the basis for any payment.
  • The platform's own click and booking records, not third-party reach figures, remain the sole basis for attribution and commission.
  • Posts you add to a Quick Referral campaign are separate records from Content Analytics links, and their numbers are reported separately. The two are never combined.
  • A content link does not by itself satisfy the 90-day activity requirement. You may nominate a published content link for that purpose, and it is then reviewed like any other submission.

7. Staying active (content requirement)

  • You must submit one approved piece of content every 90 days to remain Active. Reminders go out at day 60 and day 83.
  • If nothing is submitted by day 90 the account goes Inactive automatically, unless a submission is already awaiting review, in which case deactivation is deferred until it's approved or rejected. There is no additional grace period.
  • Commissions earned while an account is Inactive are forfeited permanently. There is no escrow or retroactive recovery. Reactivating resumes accrual from that date onward.
  • Submissions must be a live, public URL (screenshots aren't accepted), carry a clear sponsorship disclosure (#ad, #partner, #sponsored, or equivalent), stay live and public for at least 6 months, and not promote a competitor in the same piece. Content is re-checked around month 3 and month 6.

8. Payouts & taxes

  • Once a commission is earned, you self-serve a withdrawal via Stripe Connect from your dashboard's Payouts tab, for any earned amount with no minimum. Each withdrawal is confirmed by a one-time email code before money moves.
  • Payment may be withheld while the account is under fraud or breach review, while a booking has an active dispute or chargeback, or if required tax documentation is missing.
  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee, and are responsible for your own taxes. Flag any statement discrepancy within 60 days of the payment date.

9. Prohibited conduct

The following are grounds for termination and forfeiture of commissions: running paid ads to your referral link without prior written approval; facilitating fake or fraudulent bookings; faking proof of content activity; using the company's trademarks or brand assets without approval; unsolicited bulk email or spam; claiming to be a company employee or official representative; and using dashboard data for anything beyond participating in the program.

Self-referrals are allowed: you may refer a venue you own, work for, or run, and it attributes and earns like any other referral.

10. Intellectual property & confidentiality

The platform's trademarks, brand, and software remain the company's property. You keep ownership of content you create but grant the company a licence to reuse it for marketing. Commission rates, internal processes, and provider or customer data are confidential. You may say you're in the program and describe the general commission structure, but not disclose exact figures or other partners' data.

11. Termination

  • For cause (fraud, brand misuse, material breach): immediate, no notice, and all pending or unpaid commissions are forfeited.
  • Without cause, by the company: 90 days' notice, with commissions on already-referred providers continuing through a 12-month wind-down.
  • Voluntarily, by you: 30 days' notice, with a 6-month wind-down on already-referred providers. After leaving, you must stop using your referral link and stop presenting yourself as a partner.
  • Staying Inactive for 12+ consecutive months makes the partnership eligible for termination.

12. Disputes

Attribution disputes must be raised within 60 days of the booking, with a decision targeted within 30 business days. Other disagreements go through 30 days of good-faith negotiation, then mediation, before any legal action.

13. Changes & “as is”

The program is offered “as is,” with no guaranteed volume of bookings or earnings. These terms may change with at least 30 days' notice of material changes; continuing to participate after that counts as accepting them.
