If you don't submit content within 90 days, your status moves to Inactive right at day 90. We remind you at day 60 and day 83 first, and a submission that's already awaiting review keeps you Active until it's decided. Commissions earned during an inactive period are permanently forfeited, but commissions earned while you were Active are fully protected, and reactivating (one new approved submission) resumes earning from that day.
A commission is triggered once the customer's booking is verified as completed and the platform fee has been collected. There's a 15-day settlement window (to allow for refund requests), after which the amount is credited to your ledger as earned. From there you can withdraw it whenever you like from your dashboard's Payouts tab, confirmed by a one-time email code. No monthly cycle, no minimum amount.
The rate is tied to how long the PROVIDER you referred has been on the platform, not how long you've been a partner. Every provider you bring in starts you at 20% of what we earn, even if you refer them 3 or 5 years after you signed up: their clock starts the day they go active, and it starts at 20%. As that specific provider matures, the rate steps down just for them: 20% for their years 1–3, 12% for years 4–6, then 5% from year 7 onward. Each provider runs on its own independent timeline, so a brand-new referral always begins at 20% no matter how long you've been around. Attribution is lifetime, so you keep earning something on every completed booking, and a company can always override the rate individually for a partner.
Yes, there's no cap. Every provider you refer becomes its own permanent commission stream. The more active providers you bring in, the more your monthly income compounds over time.
There's a 30-day window after a provider signs up to claim the referral manually. Reach out to the team (the support chat is the fastest way) with the details, like a message, email, or other evidence, and once verified, the team records the attribution. Like every attribution, it's then permanent.
Inquiries, profile views, and signups without a booking don't qualify. Cancelled bookings are excluded. Bookings made while you are in Inactive status are permanently lost; there's no escrow or backdating when you reactivate.
Yes, once approved you can set a custom link code (e.g. /r/sarah123) from your dashboard. The system checks availability before confirming. Your custom code and all provider attributions made through it carry over.
